The Growing National Crisis of Injury related Falls

Every year, 1 out of every 4 persons have a fall, resulting in over 800,000 hospitalizations each year, AND OVER 3 million emergency department treatments for fall injuries.*

Persons that are hospitalized for a fall are at high risk for disability and further falls, resulting in loss of independence, pain, restricted mobility and even nursing home placement.**

Fall Prevention Program

The fear of re-hospitalization doesn’t need to control your life. Instead, consider how our “evidence based” Fall Prevention Program, created and managed by Registered Nurses, can help you manage the risk factors and allow you to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.

Here is how Inspired Care Services has become the experts at reducing Fall Risks:

  • Caregiver training before going home
  • Specialized fall prevention care at home
  • Free nurse supervision every 2 weeks
